Ellis Water COVID-19 Response

It is with an abundance of caution that Ellis Water is making some a change with our day to day business operations. While we will continue to be open for business during normal business hours the lobby area will be closed to walk in business. All transactions will be conducted through the Drive-thru window. We are committed to the health and safety of both our employees and members. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Ellis Water is not going to disconnect any members this month due to the current events. Customers will still incur late fees. We feel it is important that our members have access to clean safe water to help maintain proper hygiene to combat the COVID-19 virus.
Provision of safe water, sanitation and hygienic conditions play an essential role in protecting human health during all infectious disease outbreaks, including the current COVID-19 outbreak. Frequent and proper hand washing is one of the most important prevention measures for COVID-19.
