Disconnect Date

The disconnect date has been added to the monthly bills at the request of many members.  This date will be on every bill each month and does not necessarily mean you are going to be disconnected.

Only accounts that are past due will be disconnected.  Our office manager contacts every account that is on the disconnect list by a text message from our billing system.  This message indicates it is from Ellis Water but does come from an out of state phone number.  If you do not have a cell phone number listed our office manager will try to call the home number listed.  Please keep you phone number updated so that we may get ahold of you.
