Phone and Internet outage

Our phones and internet are not working due to Sparklight having an issue with a cut fiber optic line.  We are unable to get an estimated repair time from Sparklight.  If you have an emergency please use the after hours numbers.  These numbers go to field technicians who will not have the ability to help with billing needs.
