Updated Water User Agreement

We have updated our Water Users' Agreement. The new agreement is available in the Forms & Reports section on elliswater.org, or you can request a copy from our office. Key changes include modifications to the timing of disconnects for unpaid bills and adjustments to reconnect fees. Disconnects, or shut-offs, will now happen 21 days after the due date or on the first business day afterward. Reconnect fees are now $100 during business hours and $150 after hours. After-hours reconnects are at Ellis Water's discretion.
