Jasonville Water Issue

As you may already know, The City of Jasonville’s water treatment plant burned down last night. As a result, the entirety of Jasonville and the other towns they provide water to are without water for the foreseeable future.  We are doing what we can to help Jasonville by sending water to them from our pumphouse South of Jasonville. 

We are not able to provide much water to them as it reduces the water pressure and volume available to our customers just South of Jasonville.  We will work hard to minimize the impact on our customers but please be aware that you may notice this reduced water flow.  We have to make the adjustments to the amount of water we send to Jasonville by hand, and it is a bit tricky to find that “sweet spot” as it changes with the demand on our system.

 If you have no water be sure to contact us either in the office or on the afterhours numbers to let us know.   Please be patient as we do what we can for our neighbors.  In the future it could be Ellis Water that needs help from them.
