Online & Text Pay Changes

The third party billing company, PayNSeconds, that handles our online and text payments has reformatted their site. These changes have affected any customer who uses the online or text payment system.
Customers must go to the bill payment site through the Ellis Water site by clicking "Bill Payment" and then "Pay Your Bill Now". Once you get to the PayNSeconds login page you must click "Register" by the words New User?. You will need your account number from your bill and the Location number which can be found on your bill just above the bar code (xx-xxxxxxx).
Customers may have recieved a text message stating "Your Text Pay registration is no longer valid". These customers need to follow the above directions and Register as a new account also.
You may still call the office and we can submit a payment for you.
